RETURNS & REFUNDS
Due to the nature of this handmade business, we do not offer returns for buyer's remorse.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we may evaluate the issue and make it right.
If a keychain's string or hardware should break, please save all the parts, including the string or elastic, and we will restring the keychain and replace the hardware at no charge to you except the cost to ship it back to us.
If your wristlet is too small, we can adjust it! Either a bead or 2 can be added or the cord can be swapped out for elastic. We do not adjust items that are "too big" as they are designed to wear on any part of the forearm.
Repair & Resize Process
To start a repair or resize, you can contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org with a photo of the item.
If your repair or resize is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Please note that returned items will need to be dropped off to us or sent (tracking recommended) at your own expense to the following address:

We do not offer refunds, but we will promptly repair or resize your item and reach out when it's either ready for pickup or is re-shipped to you.
